- SSN search to obtain ALL numbers listed
- Verify SSN as being correct to assure the client for the collection process
- Obtain new address

- Address Search(old and new addresses)

Making calls on all phone numbers collected
Our goal is simple – get the skip on the phone. We will make several attempts on every number during “primetime” hours. These times are strictly during evening hours and Saturday and Sunday mornings. Along with trying to contact the skip, our attempts will also achieve these objectives:

- Eliminate all the bad numbers
- Acquire place of employment, new address, or other contact numbers
- Obtain new information about the skip from relatives or associates

Completion of each skip account
All locates will be returned to you daily while we continue to work all remaining accounts. You will generally begin seeing confirmed results within the first few days after we receive your file. When we have exhausted all efforts to find information and contact the skip, we will return your accounts in one of three ways:

- Locates - verified information
- Possibles - not verified, but reputable information
- All deceased skip accounts will be sent as possibles
- Cancels - expired all efforts with no existing information
